My passion is to make life less stressful for dogs and their humans, so they enjoy each other. Training our dogs can change our life! Not training them can kill them and make our lives miserable. In today’s busy world, it is easy to suffer from sensory overload (too much stuff, experts, hype). Dogs suffer from sensory overload too. Together we can learn to choose, relax, and breathe, nose-to-navel. Integrating training on a daily basis, using joyful easy – naturally needed life rewards is a BREW (balance, relationship, education, well-being) for a happy, healthy, confident dog, and dog parents who know what’s best for them, family and their dogs!

Now, stop, calm the chaos for 30 seconds – with your dog, pausing, breathing, inhaling slowing, nose-to-navel, exhaling slowly — releasing tension and self-doubt, give your dog a hug, knowing they try so hard to please, and we are their teachers – ah-ha – letting go, gratefully. Enjoy the Journey!
